David is Grapevine Virtual’s talented Audio Visual editor. He regularly takes our self-produced marketing videos and makes them look fantastic! David also produces our monthly Marketing Mastery Webinar videos.
David’s talents as a webmaster have been proven invaluable to both Jim and Jolyn as they provide ongoing education to their clients as a part of their service. David handles tons of multi-media files and keeps everything organized and available for our coaching clients.
David doesn’t miss a beat, working from his home in Israel. In his off time he loves spending time with his family and researching the ever-changing digital marketing world.
Jen has been a marketing consultant for ten years, helping businesses develop and implement their marketing strategies through email, social media, and CRM. She has been helping Jolyn to streamline systems and processes, allowing Grapevine Virtual to take care of our clients more effectively.
Jen is also our Digital Marketing Implementation Specialist. She begins and oversees the process of implementing our digital marketing strategies, which enables our clients to attract unlimited high-margin customers online.
When she’s not working with clients, Jen spends time on her favorite hobby: hanging out with her five children.
JoEileen is Grapevine Virtual’s awesome Client Care Manager and Offline Marketing Implementation Specialist! With 25 years of administrative support experience, JoEileen has been an invaluable addition to our client support team. She has taken over managing multiple calendars, scheduling various meeting types for several businesses across all time zones at the same time and handles sometimes delicate business management scenarios with professionalism, grace and charm.
“Jo” has single-handedly freed up more time for Jolyn and her husband and business partner, Jim, than they ever thought possible.
When she’s not working, JoEileen can be found just about anywhere but home. She’s an avid traveler who has made trips to Spain, Thailand, Amsterdam, Morocco, Egypt, Finland, and more, and is always planning her next trip abroad.
Julie works excels as the Grapevine Virtual Reputation Management Specialist. She ensures that our clients have a stellar online reputation while also assisting many of our clients with their offline marketing. Julie regularly steps in and assists her fellow team members if there is a conflict with a client relationship. She provides kind and understanding feedback and helps solve any business issue with the utmost professionalism.

Julie and her husband are digital nomads. They spend a lot of time on the road in their 21′ travel trailer, but Julie always stays in the loop and is able to stay on top of everything her clients need thanks to teamwork and the great systems we have in place.
LaToya brings more than a decade of experience in the Project Management and Consulting field to her role as Project Manager. She loves meeting Grapevine Virtual clients at the very beginning of their relationship with our team, providing initial digital marketing evaluations.

When she’s not at work, LaToya loves new experiences, from travel and trying new cuisines to extreme sports like mud runs and boot camps.
Shelby has been a marketing writer since 2009, and started working with Grapevine Virtual in December 2015. Her role is primarily to shine a spotlight on the success that our clients are experiencing. She puts her interview and copywriting skills to the test by interviewing both our clients and our team and producing great articles highlighting their successes.

It’s also been great to see how well-organized everything is behind the scenes. There are a LOT of moving pieces with Grapevine Virtual and the Concierge teams, and Jim, Jolyn, and everyone else I’ve worked with has been amazing at keeping it all moving like a well-oiled machine. It really demonstrates the importance of systems in every business – if Jim and Jolyn need to be out for a week at a conference, everyone still knows exactly what needs to be done and how to take care of their clients.
Outside of work, Shelby is a huge reader, so you can almost always find her with her nose in a book. She also has a four-year-old son who keeps her very busy!
The creative side of business marketing has been Sheri’s passion for more than twenty years, since she was a teen helping her parents draw customers into their restaurant. It’s still one of her favorite parts of what she does at Grapevine Virtual. She’s been working with Grapevine Virtual for almost two years, creating the content that the serves as the foundation of the offline newsletters and email marketing systems. “I love hearing stories from Grapevine Virtual clients about how much their clients enjoy the newsletter – it makes my day!”
Learning and creativity is also Sheri’s passion outside of work. She loves to paint and to write, and thrives on finding new information to help people solve their challenges. Her friends and family call her ‘Solution Sheri’!
Taslyn is primarily a beauty and lifestyle blogger, and also a champion for new parents in her community who are facing challenges. She has been working with Grapevine Virtual for nearly 2 years as an offline marketing Concierge and has been able to help her North American clients drastically improve their business even from her home in the UK.

When she’s not at work, Taslyn enjoys spending time with her husband and new baby.
Tiffany has been working as a graphic designer for nearly 25 years, and started working with Grapevine Virtual about three years ago. I really enjoy working with Jim and Jolyn. They have such a great collaborative, appreciative approach!
I initially came on to assist with a brand redesign – helping to create a new look to more effectively communicate their brand value. These days, I do the graphic design for most of the projects, including the monthly newsletter their clients enjoy receiving each month.
In the rare times Tiffany is not working, she can be found soaking up some quality family time with her husband and son, or curling up with a good book.
Tina has been an entrepreneur her entire adult life. She has a deep understanding of the worries that keep her clients up at night. This gives her a unique ability to work with her clients and provide the understanding and support they need.
Tina’s main role at Grapevine Virtual is as an offline marketing concierge for her clients. She ensures her client’s monthly newsletters are produced as well as email marketing campaigns, making sure her clients have one less worry.
When she’s not working, Tina’s biggest current goal is helping her 5th child graduate high school.
Jolyn has worked extensively with large corporations as well as small businesses and start-ups. She excels in business management and has helped countless businesses with organization, personnel distribution and management as well as training both on the corporate management level and individual employee/task training.
Jolyn spent many years in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas, working in premier Las Vegas area resorts including Caesar’s Palace, the Palms, Mirage, and Wynn Las Vegas. She first stepped in to this industry as a Las Vegas “Bookie.” Yes, you read that right, a Bookie. Jolyn took her interest in sports and horse racing and made a career out of it. But her talents as a coach, personnel and business manager were too valuable to ignore.
At Wynn Las Vegas, Jolyn excelled at corporate management and personnel training, first training their management staff (1,200 people from Supervisors to Vice Presidents) on personnel management and department organization, then training entry and mid level staff (10,000 strong at the time) on maintaining their AAA 5-diamond rating.
Jolyn couldn’t ignore the call of a virtual lifestyle, though, so she took her personnel management skills to the digital world and formed a successful consulting firm that assisted many large Virtual Assistant companies in managing their virtual teams.
Jolyn is able to pull together and organize teams with high level marketing skills in all needed areas and keep them on track in both large and small projects. These skills have culminated in her ability to build a World Class team to successfully implement the most effective marketing strategies for service-based businesses.
One of Jolyn’s favorite things to do is working closely with her husband, Jim. Much of Jim and Jolyn’s business and management training programs focus on creating your Dream Lifestyle and building your business around your life (rather than anchoring your life to your business). Jolyn doesn’t just train this, she lives it! She loves to travel and is constantly dragging her 3 sons around the country with her. In college Jolyn was a true University of Las Vegas Rebel and insists on living as such, both in her business and personal life.
